Saat Network GmbH uses your information to provide your Check-Up, deliver your report and support the conversations you choose.
Your information and choices
We keep your answers and results as assessment history. Your email is required to create a personal account and receive the printable report. You can provide a company name and profile details. Consultation contact is your choice; you can stop it while keeping your report. Creating an account does not request a consultation or subscribe you to marketing.
Who can see it and where it is kept
Authorized coaches and our service providers handle the information for these purposes. Hostinger currently hosts the sites in India and stores hosting backups in Singapore. Our intention is to transfer data to the EU shortly. The necessary information will be provided shortly.
How long we keep it
We keep useful assessment and client history for ongoing work and future comparisons. Identifying details are reviewed when that purpose ends or you request deletion. New free Check-Up report links are reusable for seven days after they are first issued; resending the same link does not extend its expiry. Expiry does not delete the report. A verified personal account can reopen its free Check-Up reports while the account and reports are retained.
Contact and your rights
Email info@saat-network.ch to see or correct your information, request deletion or stop optional contact. Saat Network GmbH, Bahnhofstrasse 19, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, is responsible for both sites.
Details
Contacting Peter or requesting an invitation
We email Peter the name, email address, LinkedIn profile, message and any WhatsApp number you provide so he can respond to your inquiry. Contacting Peter or requesting an invitation does not subscribe you to marketing. Security codes and short-lived request counters linked to a hashed network address help protect the form from automated abuse. Your contact details are handled as part of the conversation you request.
Data and purposes
We store answers, calculated results, language, submission date and the version/time of terms acceptance. Your email is stored separately and linked to the assessment for report delivery. Requested coaching can add contact details, instructions and interaction notes to the client record. Calculations generate findings for discussion; they do not make legally significant decisions about you.
Your personal account
We store your verified email and the profile details you choose to give, separately from assessment answers. Peter can read the profile to prepare for a requested conversation. Account access covers free Check-Up reports sent to your verified address. Sign-in email links last 15 minutes and can be confirmed once. These sign-in links are separate from report links and account sessions.
Browser storage and technical records
The main site uses local page assets. The Check-Up remembers acceptance with a service cookie lasting 24 hours and keeps unfinished answers in the same browser tab. Signing into a personal account sets an essential session cookie lasting up to 30 days; signing out revokes that session. Coach sign-in and workspace preferences use separate storage. No advertising cookie or third-party analytics script is used. Hosting and email systems process technical records needed to operate and protect the service.
Understanding use of the offering
We record starts, completions, report requests and email-send outcomes, explicit dashboard view choices, account creation, return use, consultation requests and onward booking clicks. Events contain opaque identifiers, dates and event types, without assessment answers or email addresses. They are retained for 90 days to understand use and improve the service. The identifiers can be related to retained service records; this is not anonymous data.
Booking a consultation
Our booking page opens the configured scheduling provider, currently Calendly. We record an onward click from a report link separately from a confirmed booking. An opaque reference may identify that report to Peter; it does not identify the person who clicked or grant access to the report. We send no assessment answers, email address or report-access link to the provider. The provider handles details you enter on its own page under its privacy notice. We receive the information needed to arrange your consultation.
Why we may use your data
Swiss data-protection law applies. Where the GDPR applies, providing the requested Check-Up and report uses the service agreement; optional coaching contact uses your consent. Useful relationship history and service security use legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Specific legal obligations may require records. Earlier data keeps its original acceptance history; a new notice creates no new consent.
Retention and deletion
Deliberate app removal disables report access and places records in recoverable Trash for 14 days. App email-send records last 30 days. A deletion request also covers relevant notes, exports, mail and recovery copies. Records needed for legal obligations or claims are limited to that purpose. Removing a personal account revokes its sign-in sessions. Account removal and assessment removal are separate actions; you can request both. Service-use events expire after 90 days.
Providers and international transfers
Hostinger provides hosting and email services. The sites are currently hosted in India, and hosting backups are stored in Singapore. Our intention is to transfer data to the EU shortly. The necessary information will be provided shortly.
Exercising your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. You can object to use based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for optional contact at any time; earlier lawful processing remains valid. We verify your identity proportionately. You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or your relevant supervisory authority.
